A GT WAR GERMAN EAST AFRICA CAMPAIGN TABACCO TIN.
A well made piece of 'Trench Art' from the campaign in German East Africa, made from brass shellcases. With the names of English Settlers? and the date 1916-1917. Decorated with period coins, the 6" high interlinked shells are dated 1912 & 1913. Mr & Mrs Morrison Duivels Kloof. Transvaal are the names engraved top and bottom.
