A HANGER
A Gentlemans hanger with clamshell guard having knuckle-bow and swept forward quillion, in brass. The blade of 22,1/2" in length, with three-quarter fuller near the spine. Horn tapering grip with a groove in the rear, to assist the grip. With a scabbard that fits well, though would take a longer blade and likely to be of a later construction.
