This exceptional copy appears to have been commissioned by Francis Capper Brooke, (1810-1886), Captain, Grenadier Guards, of Ufford Place, Woodbridge, Suffolk. It includes more than 50 additional items, including Speed's 'Dorsetshyre', hand-coloured, engraved plates, ephemera and correspondence with the editor, William Shipp, all indexed and laid-in to size.
