58mm diameter with Franciscvs Avg Maria Theresa Avg and facing busts obverse, MDCCXV11 below. The reverse with 13 busts of among other siblings Joseph 11 her son, a future Holy Roman Emperor.
A daughter was the future Queen of France, Marie Antoinette.
Her beloved husband Francis Stephen of Lorraine, died in 1765.
The legend Foecvnditas Avgvstorum Patriae Felicitas and the date MDCCLV1111, is on the reverse.
