an interesting game including a large instruction sheet to show the various ways to build the blocks, with a large qty of wooden blocks, some with letters and some with faces. With the original lid of the game Crandall's Wide Awake Alphabet, Amusement and Instruction Combined.
*Charles Crandall was an innovative toy maker in the United States in the 19thc, his Wide Awake Alphabet was first introduced in 1877.
