A 1915/15 Star named to Eng Cmmr C B Sheppard RN. British War & Victory medals named to Eng Lt Cr C B Sheppard RN.
Cecil Barnabas Sheppard was a native of Lympstone in Devon, who specialised in Electrical Engineering.
He joined the R Navy in 1904, rising to Engineer Commander on the Active List in 1920. He retired in 1922, after service on many ships, including Cruisers.
