A 19thC NAVAL OFFICERS COMMISSION DOCUMENT. The original fold out four page document, passing out George Nicholas Smallpiece, as a qualified R Navy Lieutenant. Dated 1861 and signed by the Captains of HMS Victory, Bull Dog and St Vincent.
