AN OFFICERS FIVE-BALL HILT SWORD. An officers five ball hilt sword, with gilt stirrup hilt. The blade a variant of the 1796 pattern, of a curved single-edged length being some 25.3/4". Pitting to the blade is evident, lacking a scabbard.
