TWO SIMILAR INLAID ROSEWOOD SARCOPHAGUS FORM TEA CADDIES. An elaborate burr wood and rosewood tea caddy with a rectangular top with raised central panel with bobbin turned border, above concave sides, on short turned feet, the front and lid decorated with marquetry scenes of deer amongst flowers and foliage, the numbered lock marked Chubb's new patent, with vacant interior. 21cm high 38cm wide, the other similar caddy with Mother of Pearl inlay, fitted interior with two caddies marked 'R' and 'G', 18cm high and 33cm wide.
