                A 19th CENTURY FRENCH PAINTED AND GILT METAL CLOCK GARNITURE.
The tall rectangular clock with painted panel, the dial with Roman numerals enclosing a military trophy and 'Egan & Sons Paris', above a scene of a man in uniform approaching a seated lady in fine clothes, with an eight day two train movement striking on a coiled gong, the backplate marked 'AI 17573  5  8'. The side panels similarly decorated with men in uniform, the stepped base on short feet, 30cm high, 19cm wide and 15cm deep. With a pair of matching vase shaped ornaments with gilt metal mounts, each 31cm high, 10cm wide.
