A FIRST WORLD WAR SERBIAN CAMPAIGN GROUP OF FOUR. A British War Medal and Victory Medal named to A.L.Lang and a Serbian Order of St Sava, 5th grade and Medal of the Red Cross Society of the Kingdom of Serbia on a white ribbon with red stripes denoting an award during wartime, both unnamed. Mounted as worn together with a set of miniatures similarly mounted. The Order of St Sava was awarded for meritorious achievements in the arms, science, education and Religion. The role of the recipient of these medals is uncertain however the combination of medals and naming suggests a doctor or nurse serving during the Serbian Campaign.
