Comprising 1939-45, Africa and Italy Stars, Defence medal, War medal with mentioned in dispatches oak leaf and service medal of the Order of St John, the last named G.H.Parkinson 1961, the others unnamed as issued, mounted as worn. Also An Order of St John and a quantity of badges and buttons, mostly Devonshire Regiment. A cardboard box is inscribed on th reverse Dr G.H. Parkinson, Surgeon Axminster Combined Ambulance and Nursing division, 12958/H 1961.
