A JAPANESE BICORN HAT WITH RED, WHITE AND BLACK PLUMAGE.
A bicorn hat, marked to the inside 'Bateman(?) Tailor Tokyo Japan', the hat with a red and black rosette with a central button with a two headed eagle with the number '32' at its chest, above the motto 'Spesmea In Deo Est'. With red, white and black feathers along the length of the top and a braid tassel to the front, 44cm long, in a metal travelling case with further feathers.
