Accompanied by report number 5776-4307 from GCS dated 18th January 2016 stating that the cushion-cut sapphire weighs 5.17 carats, measures 12.09 x 8.47 x 4.81mm., and is a natural sapphire with no indications of heating. Origin opinion: Sri Lanka.
