A 19TH CENTURY DIAMOND BROOCH the flower head is centred with an old cushion-shaped diamond, with pear-shaped old brilliant-cut diamonds set to the petals, within a floral border of rose-cut diamonds, set in silver and backed in gold. Accompanied by a note about the brooch stating that 'It formed the centre of the bracelet Madame Terrero (then the Dona Manuelita Rosas) is wearing in the picture in the National Historical Museum in Buenos Aires'.
