(possibly toothpick holders); one in the form of a street hawker wearing stovepipe hat & apron, with a wickerwork hod on his back, standing on an oval base with feet; the other in the form of a Robinson Crusoe figure with a parasol & a basket work hod on his back, standing on a leafy, shaped oval base, each figure struck only with a French export mark, c.1870; the latter one 5.75" (14.6 cms) high; 11.1 oz (2)
