Automobilia: Revve Bi-Mensvelle Illustree.
Twenty-Seven loose issues of this large format (31 x 24cm) French fortnightly magazine from the period 1918 to 1925, profusely illustrated with photographs and cartoons and with a good quantity of period motoring advertisements, and a striking variety of coloured front covers. The issues are numbered 27 (1918), 67, 68, 73, 75, 77, 79 & 80 (1920), 91, 93, 96, 98, 106, 107 & 110 (1921), 129 (thicker and larger 32.5 x 24cm format), 133 to 135 (1922), 137 to143 (1923), and 185 (1925). The issues are generally clean and sound internally, with only slight wear through age; Nos. 27 (spine worn), 68, 80, 93, 96, 106 and 110 lack their back covers, the bottom inch of the front cover of issue 106 is missing, the spine of No. 129 is worn and cover edges frayed, and the covers of issue No. 185 are a little more worn and soiled.
