“I have to say I’m VERY impressed by the level of research that has gone in to the various items of my late father’s ... Matthew sent me the full history of my Grandfather’s medals from WW1 - without any input from myself - so I’d only just sent him a note saying thanks, then the postman arrived with your items ... with even more evidence of unfrequented detailed research ! It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with you all ... and may the pleasant surprises keep on coming !”
