the quatrefoil design is centred with a natural pearl with four old brilliant-cut diamonds, in gold, 7cm. long.
Accompanied by report number 77116-30 from GCS dated 15th August 2017 stating that the pearl measures 7.8-7.9 x 4.5mm. approximately and that it is a natural saltwater pearl.
