the blue enamel heart is centred with a double heart motif mounted with rose-cut diamonds, within a white enamel and gold border and an outer surround of small pearls, on a gold chain mounted with blue enamel batons and small pearls, with locket compartment to the reverse, the pendant 2.5cm. wide.
