ALFRED POWELL VASE probably made for Wedgwood, the lustre vase with a central band painted with Deer and foliage, and with two smaller bands painted with Flowers. Also with a Waistel Cooper stoneware jug. Powell vase marked, AP monogram mark, 4238. 5 1/2ins (14cms) high. (2) *Alfred Powell worked alongside his wife Louise, producing hand painted earthenwares for Wedgwood in the 1920's and also independently in London at Red Lion Square.
