late 19th century, the 3 1/2" dial with gilt metal roman numerals on a brass, eight day movement, stamped Boye, Brevette, striking half hourly to a bell, housed in a red and black veined marble, breakfront body with bronze mounts and surmounted by a bronze statue of the Arcadian Shepherds after a model by Eugene-Antoine Aizelin and cast by the Collas Foundry, a signature to the side of the column, total height 64cm, width 45cm
