JAPANESE SILK EMBROIDERED COAT
probably early 20thc, a silk lined gold lame coat with an all over embroidered decoration of colourful sequin Oriental figures, surrounded by a trailing design of flowers worked in white and gold sequins. The hem and cuffs are decorated with a couched embroidered pattern of crashing waves. The front opens with a metal zip disguised by a decorative gold sequin and bead border. 99cms high
