MILITARY & 3rd LONDON SHARPSHOOTERS GT WAR PHOTOGRAPHS etc
A Gt War photograph album of the 3rd County of London 'Sharpshooters during service overseas. Also a few South Notts Hussars, after the joined the same mounted division. The Sharpshooters served overseas in Egypt, Gallipoli, Palestine etc. The album of some 70 plus small unofficial photographs, show where and the conditions they served in during that time. Also related photographs and some unrelated of Safari's and natives etc.
Three watercolours signed by Harry Riley, of 1916 and the Sharpshooters all on a board,10.1/2" x 7" approx. 1.. A Yeoman in Active Service Mounted Order. 2. A Sharpshooters officer in Mounted Review Order. 3. A Sharpshooter on Active Service, mounted in a Desert scene.
