A PROBIN FLINTLOCK PISTOL.
A Flintlock pistol by Probin of London, with flared muzzle on a 8" brass octagonal/round barrel. London Proof Marks and a sliding safety on the steel lock plate. Brass furniture and complete with a ramrod, plain grip and London on the barrel top. A Thomas Probin made Holster Pistols etc in his London shop, 1700-1780. A Charles Probin from 1770-1812.
