A DENARIUS OF SEPTIMUS SEVERUS. A silver Denarius of the Emperor Septimus Severus 193-211 AD. Severus Pius Avg obverse with right facing bust. Liberaltas AVGG reverse. 2.4 grams. A Rupee with 1299 (AH-1881?) in the centre, with removable sprung mounting bar. Three other worn, drilled silver coins. (4)
