AN OFFICERS SWORD.
An 1897 Pattern Officers Sword marked Sanderson Bros & Newbould Ltd of Sheffield. The GV cypher blade has G R Bodington engraved on it, later carried by Major Edward Dickens REME in WW11. With an extremely clean 32,1.2" blade and its brown leather field scabbard and sword knot.
