A BAKER RIFLE BY W & J RIGBY DUBLIN.
A Flintlock Baker rifle with 27.1/2" barrel in brown twist finish, coarse rifling in six segments bore. On the steel action is a roller frizzen and a sliding safety catch, Wm & Jn Rigby. The barrel with rear and front sights present, W & J Rigby-Dublin at the breech. Brass furniture with brass compartment in the stock, having a bayonet fitting lug at the muzzle, underslung steel ramrod. Both barrel flat fixing pins are not present in the gun, please note some wood damage/loss is evident around the muzzle area.
