A RUBY AND DIAMOND CLUSTER RING the pear-shaped ruby weighs 1.21 carats and is set within a surround of circular brilliant-cut diamonds, in 18ct. white gold. Size M. Accompanied by report number S2G85599 from the International Gemological Institute dated 2nd November 2010 stating that the natural pear-shaped ruby weighs 1.21 carats and shows no indications of treatment. Origin: Burma
