LIVERPOOL PORCELAIN COFFEE CUP, probably Christians, circa 1775, moulded with floral branches on a reeded ground beneath scrolling and an underglaze blue painted rim, height 5.8cm; together with a Liverpool Coffee Pot and Cover, late 18th century, of baluster form, blue printed with an oval chinoiserie landscape, height 22.5cm; two Salopian blue printed tea bowls, S marks; and another blue printed tea bowl (5) Reference for the coffee cup: Boney (K), Liverpool Porcelain of the Eighteenth Century and its Makers, 1989 edition, Plate 12 (h) and note on p173 for a tea bowl and saucer in the same pattern.
