A GREAT WAR CASUALTY PAIR TO THE ROYAL HAMPSHIRE REGIMENT.
A First World War pair comprising War Medal and Victory Medal named to 3259 Pte H.C. Fuller Hamps R. Henry J. Charles Fuller of Basingstoke Hampshire served with the 1/4th Battalion (Territorial Force) Royal Hampshire Regiment. He was killed in action on 21st January 1916 having been reported as missing on the 17th March whilst serving in Mesopotamia. He is commemorated on the Basra Memorial, Iraq, panel 21 & 63.
