A GREAT WAR TRIO AND MEMORIAL PLAQUE TO A MEMBER OF THE ROYAL SCOTS.
A First World War trio named to 2. LIEUT T.D. Aitchison, R.Scots, on distressed ribbons, and a Memorial Plaque named to Thomas Donald Aitchison. Aitchison died on the 28th of June 1916 whilst serving with the 4th Battalion Royal Scots at Gully Ravine, advancing towards the Turkish second line trenches they met heavy resistance. He is recorded on the Helles Memorial.
