A U.S. CAVALRY TROOPERS SWORD DATED 1865. An American sword with curved fullered blade, with three bar hilt, cap type pommel . Maker's name 'C. Roby, W. Chelmsford Mass' to one side, 'US 1865 AGM' to the other. Blade 88cm, in steel scabbard with twin ring suspensions.
