A SECOND WORLD WAR KUKRI.
A Second World War Kukri with wooden handle and shaped blade with notch by the handle, the scabbard with black leather belt hanger and unusual fabric desert cover. The Gurkhas fought in the Middle East, Far East and North Africa during the Second World War and it seems likely that a cover of this type will have been used in one of these theatres of war.
