An unusual Head Hunters Sword (mandau) with elaborate carved wooden hilt in the form of an animals head from which is mounted hair, with a woven grip and curved and shaped 48.5cm blade. The wooden scabbard with panels of interlacing carved decoration and of bound construction. 62cm overall.
