the brass dial with painted moon phase aperture and similar date indicator above a signature 'Thos. Lister Halifax', all within scrolling engraving, with a broad silvered chapter ring and pierced spandrels, with an eight day two train movement striking on a bell. The case and hood with all-over later carved scrolling decoration, the trunk door between quarter recessed columns, with pendulum, height 218cm, width 58cm
