an early 19thc ice pail, the lid with a gilded dolphin finial and pierced gallery to the rim, the body with various gilded flowers and foliage on a salmon pink ground. With a crest on both sides of a soldier with a flaming torch and motto Virtus Invicta Gloriosa, and with shell shaped handles. Lid cracked and repaired, marked on the underside of the lid Chamberlain Worcester, New Bond St, London. 31cms high
