circa 1790, pattern 216, painted with large botanical specimens inside canary yellow and gilt borders, comprising two heart-shaped dishes, three single handled dishes and four quatrefoil dishes, blue painted factory mark and specimen title (9)
The specimens include: Madagascar Perriwinkle, Ixia Chinensis, Camellia Japonica, Browallia Elata, Erica Ampullacea, Erica Grandiflora, Scarlet Bizarre Carnation, Virginian Tradescantia or Spider-wort, Pancie or Hearts-ease.
