“Having never bid with you before I was struck by the outstanding professionalism and sheer graft of your auction team today - the sale was conducted with an impressive level of good humour and consideration for the buyer considering the sheer quantity of lots. I was amazed to see you have another vast sale tomorrow to boot!”
