late 19th century, the 3" gilt dial inscribed JJ Peters/Paris on a Japy Freres eight day brass movement half hourly striking to a bell (lacking), the back plate and pendulum stamped 6459, the pagoda style case with turned finial and columns to each corner, the whole with floral and scrolling champleve enamelled decoration, with key and pendulum, on a shaped base and under a glass dome, height of clock 34cm
