a circa 1925 cold painted bronze and ivory figure of a seated female violin player, holding a violin and bow in her hands. Mounted on a stepped onyx base. Figure signed, Philippe and with a Foundry mark (probably for Rosenthal and Maeder). 11 3/4ins (30cms) high overall, base 10ins (25cms) at widest point.
