REGIMENTAL INTEREST:- A cased set of four late Victorian parcelgilt table lighters, each in the form of a grenade with "flaming" finials, each inscribed "Presented to Col Adair and Officers of the 4th Battn. The Prince Alberts Somersetshire Light Infantry by Lieut Barrett on being transferred to the 5th Dragoon Guards on 6th April 1885", engraved on their backs with the badge of the S.L.I. and motto "JELLALABAD" (weighted bases), by Sampson Mordan, London 1884 (contained in a fitted oak box with flush brass handles); 4.5" (11.5 cms) high each
