A German proficiency badge for completing athletic and field exercises for members of foreign local SS-units of Nordic countries, circular with a stylized swastika with mounted enamel SS runes, marked to the reverse Richard Sieper & Sohne-Ludenfeld, RZM M1/25, with flattened vertical pin, 49mm. Probably post Second World War.
