A SECOND WORLD WAR AND LATER GROUP OF FIVE TO THE ARMY MEDICAL CORPS. A group of five comprising 39-45 Star and Africa Star with 8th Army clasp privately named to 7521654 W.O.II Tizzard R.S. R.A.M.C., Defence and War Medals, unnamed as issued and General Service Medal 1918-62 with Palestine 194-48 clasp named to 7521651 S.Sjt R.E. Tizzard R.A.M.C. (The final digit 1 rather 4 seems to be an error). Mounted as worn. Warrant Officer Tizzard served at No.42 General Hospital between March and August 1946.
