A BLACK FINISHED PROPELLOR BOSS FOR THE CHEETAH ENGINE.
A black finished propeller boss for the Cheetah engine, stamped to two copper mounts 'DRG No Z 3931/4 CHEETAH X LH D 7.33 P.6.96' and 'OCT 1939 H3705 61780' 123cm long, 24cm wide. The Cheetah was an Armstrong Siddeley seven cylinder radial engine used in a long list of British aircraft.
