AN ALBUM OF GERMAN PHOTOGRAPHS TO INCLUDE SOLDIERS IN GUERNSEY.
A Second World War era photograph and postcard album containing approximately 184 images, many with annotations 'Berlin 1932' 'Arbeitsdienst' (Labour Service), 'Flugtag' and others. Formal and informal images of soldiers at work and at leisure, riding bicycles and having hair cuts. Apparently this album was acquired on Guernsey towards the end of the period of German occupation during the Second World War.
