A polished oak shield presented to the Thistle Cycling Club 'for the annual competition for the best aggregate handicap time'. The earliest recipient's date is 1926 and the last 1938. The centre with a silver-coloured and delightfully embossed 'Goddess of Victory' ovoid. 19 x 15-inches.
