A 7TH (QUEEN'S OWN) HUSSARS NEEDLEWORK CREST.
Finely worked against cream silk with a central panel with the Regimental Crest surrounded by battle honours from Dettingen to South Africa 1901-2, the central panel with a pale blue ground and gilt fringed border above the most recent honour of Mesopotamia 1917-19 and flanked by further conjoined initials and titles, framed and glazed, 48.5 x 54cm visible, 66 x 72 overall.
