AN EARLY STIRRUP HILTED HANGER, POSSIBLY FOR A WARRANT OFFICER.
With a 65.5cm curved partially fullered blade engraved with a horn of plenty with roses, Prince of Wales feathers and wheeled artillery gun, the grip with a large fouled anchor in an 'S' bar with a circular tapering reeded ebony handle and small round pommel, with leather scabbard with three gilt metal mounts and twin suspension loops.
