One of only three leather-bound presentation copies with a manuscript dedication to M.J. W-W by the author on the front free endpaper, 2003, 602pp, with gilt titles, typed letter and a slipcase with a maroon cloth covering, slightly scuffed, otherwise in excellent condition.
